Manufacturing process of ionic Calcium
as well as raw materials

All atoms are made up of the nucleus and electron around. In the nucleus, positively charged proton would attract negative electron in other nearby atoms to get close. This will attract countless atoms together and form into micella, and kinetic energy is gradually small with the expanding volume of the micella.

It is the same that ionic calcium-rich powder dissolved in the water. After a period of time, small particles of powder attract each other and shape into large micella to precipitate. The smaller micella is, the longer precipitation time is. But slight force may make the large micella break down into the small granulars immediately (it is just like a heap of small magnets attracted together. it tends to be separated).

And because of smaller micella diameter, it contains fewer atoms, the surface atomic ratio will increase significantly. Therefore superfine ionic calcium particles (more than 1000 Millimeter ) will become very active.

Many people have questioned how the so-called active calcium becomes in nature? Because general calcium usually means to calcium oxide or calcium phosphate or calcium lactate or calcium carbonate ,or other mineral compounds. It is really incredible to find a way to refine to the water-soluble and easy-absorbed calcium (such as ionic alkaline calcium) from the one which is difficult to digest. The answer is correct. Nowadays, in Taiwan and Japan, there is this kind of technology which could produce a large mount of rarity water-soluble calcium. But this is monopoly trading. It is only capable of the institutions and organizations which can provide effective inspection reports In fact, it is really rare. (It is difficult to overcome the nitrite problems)

Generally, the raw materials used for producing the ionic calcium, must be the high rich in calcium. The fact is the minerals that may contain more than 40% calcium. In Taiwan and Japan raw materials used now can be selected very widely, from low pollution eggshell to the oyster shells which contain high amount of heavy metals. They could both be used to burning, grinding, gasification and electrolysis to produce the basic material of ionic calcium.

The following is the relevant academic information of ionic calcium for your reference.

coral and conch

It is beneficial to the Vegetarians to notice that:

they may have more food which is rich in Calcium. It is best to choose shell, root and stem of vegetables and food which is rich in vitamin B in daily diet. Vegetarian food which has excessive process and becomes sour and decay should never be eaten. We should also have less high-fat vegetarian, since this kind of food is harmful to human health. So it is better to have less fried and deep-frying in cooking. Do not over-fry and sear the food which contains vegetal protein. Cooking time is likely to be short. Cooking temperature is likely not to be too high, so that it maintains the whole nutrients.

The Followings are the general disadvantages of vegetarian diet:

(1). Lack of calcium: fiber, vegetal acid and oxalic acid will make the rate of absorbed calcium lower in the body.
(2). Lack of Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is almost lying in the food that comes from animals
(3). Lack of zinc: fiber, vegetal acid and oxalic acid will make the rate of absorbed zinc lower in the body.
(4). Lack of Fe: fiber, vegetal acid and oxalic acid will make the rate of absorbed Fe lower in the body. They should have more food containing vitamin C so as to be profitable for absorbing Fe.
(5). Lack of vitamin D: if vegetarians don’t bask in the sun regularly, and the diet is also lack of vitamin D, they may have rachitis, osteoporosis and other diseases, especially for pregnant women and the seniors.
Vegetarian diet is healthy. It not only cherishes all the creatures, but also may make the body healthy. But if more high quality calcium could be taken, the more nutrients will be available to transform into healthy elements for the body use. Therefore, it shouldn’t be overemphasized that Calcium is the mother of life.
